Ahhh!

Hi everyone. After 8 mnths of no excercise (soccer is fun, not excercise) and "improving " my body fat percentile to 20% from 8%, i finally have had enough.

With the Osim Triathlon coming, i have 1 mnth to get myself into shape. Today is the 1st of June and some vital stats:

1.78cm
59 Kg
20 % fat
100% slow.

So as of today i shall change my habits from the past 8 mnths and...

Stop Slacking
Stop Eating whatever i want
Follow my training plan religiously
Make sure i dont humiliate myself in the Triathlon.
Be fit enough to sign up into my tri suit.

yes, i'm repeating myself..i know. :P

anyway, past 8 mnths have been an enlightening experince..after 15 yrs of being skinny i finally know how fat people feel, completely no energy and lazy. Now i know how difficult is it for them to get out the door to take the first step and continue. For all those that have achieved weight loss/gain(yes that's more difficult for us ectomorphs) you have my salute!

I will update again tonight with the after effects of my first workout. Later!
